Arnos Australia Pty. Ltd. warrants that, during the Warranty Period, the Product will, with normal use in accordance with the manufactures recommended limitations or capacity, be free from faulty parts, manufacture or workmanship.
This clause relates to goods supplied in Australia only:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
Coverage and Application
This Warranty covers all Arnos products for the periods noted in the table below:

This Warranty only applies to Arnos Products: purchased within Australia or New Zealand ; sold by Arnos Australia Pty. Ltd. or its authorized distributors or dealers in Australia or New Zealand; used and serviced within Australia or New Zealand; and, for which valid proof of purchase is presented when a claim under this Warranty is made.
Arnos Australia’s liability for any valid claim under this Warranty will be limited to taking one of the following actions, depending upon what is reasonable in the circumstances:
• The replacement of the Arnos product or replacement by supply of an equivalent product.
• The repair of the Arnos Product by an Arnos authorised repair service centre.
• The payment of the cost of replacing the Arnos Product or of acquiring an equivalent product.
If you purchased this product and wish to make a claim under this Warranty, you should:

• Send or bring the product to the Arnos Customer Service Centre together with your proof of purchase receipt as a proof of purchase date.
Please note that freight and insurance to the Arnos Customer Service Centre must be arranged by you for claims under this Warranty. Any product that is returned and is deemed defective under this warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge and returned back to the customer free of charge. If the product is deemed to not have a valid warranty claim, it is your responsibility to pickup the product, or pay for the return shipping charges if necessary.
Once a warranty claim product has been received by an Arnos Customer Service Centre, it may take up to 10 business days to fully process the claim. In most cases, you will be contacted within 5 business days.
